Changing Screen Resolution printer friendlySite index

This website is designed to work on all common Internet browser at all resolutions. However it is best viewed on a screen set to 1024 x 768 pixels.

If you're not sure what resolution your screen is set to or you wish to change resolution the following instructions may help.

  • Close all application.
  • Right Click on an empty area of the desktop.
  • Select Properties from the menu that should be displayed.
  • Select the Settings tab in the window that should appear.
  • Find the slider that shows current Screen Resolution.
  • Change if necessary.
  • Select OK.
  • The screen may go black briefly, but should reappear at the new settings.

You will see that fonts now look smaller on the screen, if you are not comfortable with this you can repeat the process to reset the Screen Resolution back to what it was.

Please note that not all computers are identical, the instructions shown above and the terminolgy used may differ slighty.

These notes are based on a standard PC running Windows XP.
